Rui Costa and João Vieira Pinto were the young heart of a Benfica side that won the Taça de Portugal in 1993, beating Boavista in the final, and pushed Porto all the way in the league. The old Estádio da Luz was still one of the great cauldrons of European football. This vintage style home shirt comes from the early days of the club's last golden generation.

Benfica 2004–2005 Away. The title that ended an 11-year wait. Giovanni Trapattoni's side won the Portuguese league with Simão Sabrosa, Nuno Gomes and Petit at the core, and the championship was dedicated to Miklós Fehér, who had died on the pitch the previous winter. This vintage style away shirt is from the season Benfica were champions again.
