Are these original shirts or reproductions?

Every shirt in the Classic Match Shirts archive is a genuine garment from the season shown — not a modern reproduction or a licensed replica. These are the real shirts from the eras we describe.

What condition are the shirts in?

Condition varies by item and is described on each product page. We aim to be accurate and honest about any wear, fading, or marks. If you have a question about the condition of a specific shirt, contact us before ordering.

Do the shirts come with any authentication?

We do not issue certificates of authenticity. The shirts speak for themselves through their labels, construction, and the details visible in the product photography.

Sizing

What size should I order?

Vintage football shirts — especially from the 1980s and early 1990s — run significantly smaller than modern sizing. We strongly recommend checking our size guide and the specific measurements listed on each product page before ordering.

Can I request the measurements of a specific shirt before buying?

Yes. Contact us with the shirt you are interested in and we will measure it for you.

Ordering

Can I reserve a shirt?

We are unable to hold shirts without payment. Because each item is unique, we work on a first-come, first-served basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — see our shipping page for full details.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries. Customs duties and import taxes may apply for orders outside the United Kingdom and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
